💳 7. Payment Disclaimer

The Article Processing Charge (APC) of $25 USD is non-refundable upon submission, regardless of the editorial decision. Payment of the APC does not guarantee acceptance, expedited review, or editorial favoritism. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on scientific merit. Waivers are available as described in the APC policy.
